Nourished Performance aims to provide a platform for up-to-date nutrition advice whether you are an advanced athlete or trying to better your intake to improve your health. Nourished aims to provide a service that creates a balance between wellness and peak physical performance, giving you the tools to eat well and perform at your best.
Bec has been part of the health and fitness industry since 2018, beginning her journey as a group fitness instructor while completing a physiotherapy degree before transitioning to a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Sciences and personal training.
Throughout her own journey as a young athlete, Bec faced her own challenges with underfuelling and low energy, leading her to seek her own understanding and become an Accredited Sports Nutritionist in 2021. Bec has always had a strong passion for learning and began study in her Master of Dietetics in 2024 to begin working towards accreditation as a dietitian.
Outside her own experiences as an athlete in netball, athletics, CrossFit and weightlifting, Bec has worked with athletes from a range of sports on fuelling for their performance goals - such as rowing, rugby union and league, swimming and netball - at a local, state and national level.
